What "authentic" actually means
Arabic food has become popular in KL, but authenticity varies. Genuine Hadhrami cooking isn't about a long menu — it's about doing a few things exceptionally well: properly slow-cooked meat, rice cooked the traditional way, and the right balance of warm spice.
What to look for in a real Arabic kitchen
