Catering Policy
Please carefully read our catering policy and terms of service before finalizing your quotation.
These Catering Terms and Conditions govern any catering services and bookings provided by Far East Interlink SDN BHD doing business as Hadramawt Restaurant and Catering. By generating a quotation, checking the agreement, or confirming a booking, you accept and agree to these terms in full.
We provide high-quality catering setups to elevate your events. Below are the terms concerning our standard service coverage, equipment provision, and venue requirements:
Catering equipment is provided (chafing dishes, plates, cutlery, serving gear, beverage dispensers) specifically for a full setup buffet table. This does not include guest seating, dining tables, or related furniture setup.
The minimum order size is 30 pax. We serve all areas around Selangor & Langkawi. Other states are available upon request and depending on distance.
Standard service includes a buffet table setup with simple decorative elements (black / blue black skirting). Special requests for tablecloths and custom skirting will be charged separately.
The client must provide a fully covered, protected area for the buffet setup to shield food and equipment from adverse weather. Hadramawt will not be held liable for any food spoilage, delays, or weather-related damages if a covered area is not provided.
Canopies and guest dining furniture are not included in standard catering packages. Clients utilizing external canopy or furniture suppliers are solely responsible for their setup and coordination.
The client must provide their own utensils and serving gear for any non-catered food items present at the venue.

To ensure smooth operations and maintain food safety, a minimum of one (1) waiter and one (1) chef assistant are compulsory for every buffet catering event. Staff duties include the setup of buffet tables and utensils, food replenishment, clearing of used items from guest tables, and dismantling the buffet station after service.
Punctual delivery and safe setup depend heavily on logistics coordination and access conditions at your venue:
Transportation is not included in the food package and starts from RM90 (depending on distance and size of the guest order).
The client must inform the Caterer of venue access conditions, rules, and entry timing constraints in advance. Hadramawt staff are not responsible for setup delays caused by restricted venue access.
Securing your event date and managing ingredient preparation requires compliance with our standard payment timeline and cancellation fees:
All prices listed are subject to 6% SST.
Please note the terms regarding equipment care, leftover food handling, and quotation validity:
The client is fully responsible for any damages to or loss of rented catering equipment. Lost or damaged items will be charged at current replacement rates:
Any leftover food will be packed in disposable containers for an additional packaging fee. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring their own containers to self-pack leftover items.
Price quotes are valid for 30 days from the quotation date. Hadramawt Restaurant is not responsible for event disruptions caused by unforeseen venue conditions, municipal actions, or road closures.
