Building a buka puasa menu
- To break the fast — dates and a warm drink, the traditional opening.
- The main spread — a generous rice-and-meat centrepiece like mandy or haneeth, filling and nourishing after a full day's fast. A Deluxe (from RM65/pax) or Supreme (from RM80/pax) buffet covers this well.
